They used the Underground Railroad to escape to Canada from slavery to find freedom & create a new life. I was incredibly close with her & she was very much like a mother figure to me growing up. She supported me through every chapter of my life & always encouraged me to do whatever brought me happiness & joy. That way I could create a positive life for myself. However, “Nessa Jean” has faded away ever since she passed away in 2017. Naming my business Nessa Jean Photography is both my tribute to her & a way of bringing it back into my life.
